How do I download an Instagram video without an added watermark?

Use Harboreon’s downloader with a public post or Reel containing a single video. Copy its link, select Get video, review the available details, then select Download MP4. Harboreon adds no watermark. A logo, caption or sticker already embedded in the video will remain.

Free use needs no Harboreon account. You never need to give this site an Instagram password, login cookie or browser extension.

Which links and files work?

• HTTPS links on instagram.com, www.instagram.com or m.instagram.com with a /p/, /reel/ or /tv/ path and a post identifier.
• A single video in a public post or Reel. Photo-only posts, carousels, Stories and private or login-restricted content are not supported.
• A video up to 20 MB. Harboreon delivers the available source file without upscaling or re-encoding; it does not guarantee 1080p or 4K.
• Audio is included when it is present in that video file. There is no separate MP3 extraction feature.

Download on iPhone or iPad

1. Copy the public post or Reel link from Instagram’s share menu.
2. Open Harboreon in Safari, paste the link and select Get video.
3. Select Download MP4 after the preview is ready and follow any browser download prompt.
4. Check Safari’s Downloads list or the Files app. Open the saved video; if the Share menu offers Save Video, use it to copy the file to Photos.

The browser and device decide where the file is saved and which sharing options appear. If an in-app browser does not offer a file download, open the site in Safari and try again.

Download on Android

Open Harboreon in your browser, paste the supported link, select Get video, then Download MP4. Check the browser’s Downloads menu or your device’s file manager. Saving a file does not necessarily add it to your gallery automatically. If an Instagram in-app browser cannot save it, try opening the site in your normal browser.

Download on a computer

Use your browser to open Harboreon and paste the link. Once the preview is ready, select Download MP4. Use your browser’s Downloads list to locate the saved file. You do not need desktop software or a browser extension.

Why does a link fail?

Unsupported link: Copy the full HTTPS post or Reel link. Profile pages, Stories, photos and carousels are not supported.

The post is public, but cannot be retrieved: Instagram or the upstream provider may restrict access. A login prompt alone does not establish whether a post is private. Harboreon cannot bypass those restrictions; do not provide Instagram credentials to resolve an error.

The file is too large: Videos above 20 MB cannot be delivered by this service. A paid pack does not raise this limit.

A prepared download has expired: Resolve the same post again to get a fresh download link. Short-window retries may reuse an existing task; after it expires, normal limits apply.

The browser does not save the file: Check its Downloads list and storage availability, then try your normal browser instead of an in-app browser. A successful transfer does not prove the file was saved to a particular folder or photo library.

Why do I see a daily limit or a processing pause?

The free allowance is 3 downloads and 10 link checks per network per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. People sharing a network may share those limits.

The website also has a shared upstream processing budget. When it is exhausted, new link processing pauses; the tool shows the current state and a resume time when available. A prepared link may still be reusable. Buying credits does not bypass a site-wide pause.

The optional $9.90 pack provides 100 extra downloads, valid for 90 days, after you sign in to Harboreon. Free downloads are used first. There is no subscription, and taxes are shown at checkout. See pricing before buying; the daily link-check and file-size limits still apply.

What happens to my link and video?

The public link is processed by Apify. Harboreon keeps temporary task records with the post identifier, media locations and preview information; the provider may temporarily store video files. We do not ask for Instagram credentials or offer a permanent video library. Read the Privacy Policy for retention and analytics choices.
